Gross McGinley Welcomes Sarah M. Jolly As New Business Associate
Gross McGinley is pleased to welcome Attorney Sarah M. Jolly to its ranks as a new business associate. Sarah has practiced law in the Lehigh Valley for nearly a decade and has a reputation for her knowledge in business and real estate matters.
She has worked with companies in a wide range of industries banking, real estate, and start-ups. She has specific experience in contract law, corporate agreements, asset purchases, and buying and selling businesses. Having earned not only a J.D. but also an M.B.A., Sarah has the capacity to relate to the businesses she counsels and offers legal advice from a business perspective.
Sarah’s real estate experience is in the commercial sector where she regularly provides assistance in real estate transactions, land development, and zoning matters. She also works with municipalities on a variety of issues, having formerly served as the Assistant Solicitor for a zoning hearing board in the Lehigh Valley.
