Jaquelyn MacLeod

Associate

Jaquelyn MacLeod brings a responsive, relationship-driven approach to business law, guided by the belief that the best legal counsel is both legally sound and commercially practical. As a member of Gross McGinley’s Business & Banking Practice Group, she works alongside businesses and entrepreneurs to provide clear, actionable guidance that supports their broader goals.

Before joining Gross McGinley, Jaquelyn built her career advising businesses through complex, high-volume legal matters with tight deadlines, developing a strong foundation in balancing legal compliance with real-world considerations. She became a trusted strategic advisor while navigating demanding legal landscapes, earning a reputation for proactive communication, steady counsel, and a genuine commitment to going above and beyond when it matters most.

Jaquelyn makes continuing education a priority, regularly reviewing legal publications and staying current on developments that impact her clients and practice area. She values collaboration and knowledge-sharing and looks forward to contributing through mentorship and client education.

A proud Bethlehem native, Jaquelyn returned home with her husband and two young sons after a decade in the Boston area. She is eager to deepen her roots in the community where she grew up, supporting local businesses, participating in events like the Lehigh Valley Breakthrough T1D Walk, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
