Gross McGinley Criminal Defense Team Gets Third Not-Guilty Verdict

The Criminal Defense Team at Gross McGinley obtained their third “not-guilty” verdict in as many months due to the dedication and hard work of Attorneys Philip D. Lauer and Sara A. Moyer.  Three straight not-guilty verdicts for Attorney Moyer, in felony cases and jury trials in Northampton County, make for a very good summer.

Working alongside Philip D. Lauer in June of 2022, the two were able to exclude their client through DNA testing in a Firearm without License Case.

In July the two attorneys obtained a not guilty verdict in a felony rape case by disproving the credibility of the prosecution through cross-examination.

And in August, Attorney Moyer, working solo, got the third not-guilty verdict in a felony forgery and theft case by successfully discrediting the prosecution’s evidence regarding her client’s intent to commit a crime.

Attorney Moyer is a dedicated, innovative professional and we are proud to have her as part of the Gross McGinley team!
