Zachary R. Fowler

Practicing law gives me great pride knowing that I can triage disputes and provide clients with comfort and relief

Zachary R. Fowler believes in empathy and compassion when it comes to serving his clients.

Zach is a partner at Gross McGinley and a member of the Litigation, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Defense teams.  He brings years of skill and experience to his role, having successfully tried cases before juries and arbitrators as both lead and co-counsel. He began his career practicing law as an Associate with Gross McGinley from 2012 through 2019.

Zach went on to work as Senior Legislative Counsel on Capitol Hill to Congresswoman Susan Wild, a former partner at Gross McGinley. After leaving Capitol Hill, he joined a boutique law firm in Berwyn as litigation counsel, and thereafter was a Partner in a Philadelphia law firm that specialized in insurance defense.

Zach is guided by the legal philosophy of Atticus Finch, the protagonist in To Kill and Mockingbird, that, “simply because we were licked a hundred years before we started is no reason for us not to try to win.” Zach has navigated complex litigation matters and found success in many cases, including some that seemed unwinnable at first. Rejoining Gross McGinley in 2023, Zach handles all matters of civil litigation from inception to trial and appeal, always keeping in mind the client’s objectives and risk tolerance.
