J. Jackson Eaton, III focuses on municipal, business, and commercial law, representing both small businesses and multi-state corporations in various corporate matters, contracts, commercial transactions, and commercial finance.
Within the nonprofit sector, Jackson represents major arts organizations, psychiatric hospitals, and health care and residential treatment facilities.
In his municipal law practice, Jackson has served as an attorney for township and county governments and as City Solicitor for the City of Allentown. He has represented municipalities and private parties in zoning, land development, tax, condemnation, assessment, public works contracts, tax-exempt financing, Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and other code enforcement, and a broad range of municipal law matters.
Jackson also served in the Office of General Counsel of the Secretary of Defense and has drafted legislation for state and federal statutes as well as local ordinances.
