Jason A. Ulrich

Senior Counsel

I enjoy finding creative solutions to difficult problems.

Jason A. Ulrich partners with municipalities and businesses to provide legal counsel in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate, and construction matters. He has served in the capacity of Solicitor to several municipal entities throughout Pennsylvania including cities, townships, boroughs, planning commissions, zoning boards, and more. His business clients are diverse and include those in retail, healthcare, banking, and construction sectors.

Jason is well-versed in complex residential and commercial real estate work, from ground leasing and property assessments to landlord-tenant leasing and evictions. He also possesses deep knowledge concerning construction and building law, counseling municipalities, businesses, and developers on contracts, risk assessment and avoidance, licensing, insurance coverage, property damage claims, and more.

Business, bar, and restaurant owners turn to Jason for guidance in liquor law matters. He maintains an in-depth understanding of PLCB regulations and helps clients navigate the liquor license process, from selecting a type of license, applying for a license, and even transferring licenses between counties.
