Litigator Graig M. Schultz serves on Gross McGinley’s Medical Malpractice Defense team, representing local health care providers. As a civil litigator, he also counsels businesses and individuals in matters involving breach of contract, labor and employment, professional liability, breach of warranty, and fraud matters. More and more, Graig is working on personal injury cases with individuals involved in motor vehicle and premises liability lawsuits. He routinely represents clients before state and federal courts, as well as the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and is certified to represent individuals before the Board of Veterans Appeals. He is also well-versed in serving as local counsel in state and federal courts within the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
With an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, Graig M. Schultz has also been recognized by various state and Lehigh Valley organizations for his legal work. These honors include Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars, The Legal Intelligencer’s Lawyers on the Fast Track, and Lehigh Valley Business “Forty Under 40.”
Graig currently serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in Lehigh County and is a member of the Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Associates and Bethlehem Human Relations Commission.
